Stalls booking now available
The street market will take place in the Market Street and Market Place (outside the Town Hall) and will run
from 10 am to 3.30 pm offering an array of food, drinks, goodies and gifts.
The street market continues a tradition dating from the fifth century and remains vibrant today. A perfect opportunity to get ahead with Christmas shopping, taste local goods and support local traders. Stalls have included jewellery, local produce, fashion, local crafts, cards, baby items, plants, tombolas and raffles for local causes.
In order to accommodate as many stalls as possible we have changed our booking terms per stall to be no less than 3 metres squared per trader. You must book for the space you require, i.e. 3 metres (standard gazebo size) or 4 metres if your stall usually exceeds the 3 metre space.
We invite applications from traders interested in taking part in the stall market.

Bookings will be confirmed when we have received a completed booking form and full payment.
Payment is non-refundable if not cancelled 28 days before the event.
Payment is for a “pitch” on the designated street. The organisers are unable to provide tables, gazebos, tarpaulins or any other hardware. Please be aware that traders need to provide their own stalls and equipment. This is an open-air event.
Public Liability Insurance
It is highly recommended that all stallholders have their own Public Liability Insurance as no responsibility will be taken by Crewkerne District Rotary for any loss, damage, theft or accidents. A copy of your Public Liability Insurance should be provided if possible.
The event will operate under COVID guidelines applicable at the time and traders will be required to comply, and ensure that their stall and trading are compliant.
On the day
Parking on the street is limited. On arrival, please go to the area outside the Town Hall where a marshal or a member of the committee will guide you to your pitch and loading area. PLEASE ARRIVE AT THE TIME DESIGNATED TO YOU TO AVOID CONGESTION. THIS WILL BE ADVISED APPROXIMATELY 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
Traders are responsible for their own security. It is not possible for the organisers to provide security for the street market.
Parking is free in all Crewkerne Car Parks on Sundays.
